Billing FAQ
How do payments and receipts work?
Payments, invoices, and receipts are handled by Stripe. After subscribing, you can manage payment details and billing history in the Stripe billing portal from your account.
What happens if I change my plan?
Plan changes follow Stripe proration and billing timing rules. Depending on the change, it can apply immediately or at the end of your current billing period.
How are Formsig usage limits tracked?
Your invoice is calculated by Stripe, while Formsig tracks product usage limits in your account (for example submissions, notifications, and storage) on Formsig usage cycles.
Does Formsig support outbound webhooks on new submissions?
Yes. Paid plans Starter and higher can attach an HTTPS webhook URL per form, with optional secret-based signing behavior. Webhooks are not available on Free. See Webhook templates and the Features page.
Does Formsig offer hosted landing pages?
Yes. "Hosted Pages" publish at URLs like /p/{slug}. You configure them in the dashboard with templates, branding, TipTap-rich copy, hero and logo uploads, and a live preview while editing, they can link to your Formsig form.
Can I export submissions to CSV?
CSV export unlocks starting on the Starter plan and above. On Free tier, exports remain locked with an upgrade path in the dashboard.
Does Formsig support digest email notifications?
Yes. Starter and higher may schedule daily digest delivery per form within account limits. Free may disable notifications entirely or receive instant outbound mail, not digest cadence.
